How are the covers shipped?

Orders are most often shipped via U.S. Post Office Priority Mail. Large orders may be shipped via FedEx.

International orders are shipped via U.S. Post Office Priority Mail International.

We offer local pickup for Michigan residents.

Shipping costs are based on your total order:

$.01 - $10.00 = $6.95
$11.00 - $35.00 = $9.95
$36.00 - 100.00 = $14.95
$101.00 - $162.00 = $16.95
$163.00 - $200.00 = $19.95
$200.00 - $250.00 = $29.95
$251.00 - $300.00 = $37.95
$301.00 - $400.00 = $45.95
$401.00 - $500.00 = $53.95
$501.00 - $600.00 = $65.95
$601.00 - $700.00 = $75.95
$701.00 - $800.00 = $85.95
$801.00 - $1,000.00 = $95.95
$1,001.00 - $2,000.00 = $99.95
$2,001.00 - $3,000.00 = $119.95
$3001.00 - and up = $149.95

You may add $2.15 for insurance.

Orders shipping to Mexico are $15.00 in addition to the above shipping fees.

Orders shipping to Canada are $39.95 in addition to the above shipping fees.

Orders shipping to all other countries are $39.00 in additional to the above shipping fees.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Cover(s)?

Your order will require a production lead time of at least 5 business days. Orders will require a shipping time and that these shipping times vary depending on the distance from the USA zip code, 48309.

What is the return policy?

  • "Custom Order Item" is NOT eligible for a return, refund, nor an exchange. A "Custom Order Item" are products engineered by Tuki Covers based on custom sizing instructions requested by you via the Custom Order form submissions page, https://www.tukicovers.com/custom-orders/
  • Any cover featuring an optional upgrade such as zippered accessory pocket(s) and/or bottom material for complete coverage (fully enclosed bag) will NOT be considered for a return, exchange or refund. No exceptions.
  • You may request a return, refund or exchange of your order within 14 days after you've received it but it will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded.
  • You may request for a cancellation or a modification of your order but it will be subject to a 15% service fee once an order confirmation is generated.

Is there a warranty?

Tuki covers are guaranteed to be free of material defects and made with quality workmanship to provide the best possible fit and finish. If the cover is defective you may return it for a full refund at our expense. Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of the order and covers must be returned within 14 days of the approved request.
